Filtering by Student Data

Go here if you interested in reviewing data, or finding all Supers (school name for merits) relating to one student.  This view is fantastic for assembly call outs, recognising students with the most Supers in the week, term or even year. 

1. Click on the “Students” pane on the left hand side

2. Click on the Filter “Select Year Group” - you can select individual year groups or all 

3. This will show all students ranked from top to bottom by the number of Supers

4. Click on each individual student and on the right hand side see a list of all Supers for that student 

5. Advanced Filters allow you to see by 

   1. Term

   2. Week 

   3. Award (if configured) 

6. Award filters show the students eligible for specific awards which can be configured in the admin portal
